Duties:

• Patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
• Observe conditions in remote areas, parking lots, and perimeters.
• Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies.
• Conduct investigations and gather evidence for incidents.
• Enforce laws and regulations to maintain order.
• Remove trespassers professionally.
• Assist the public, including directing traffic and answering inquiries.
• Write detailed reports on incidents and actions taken.
• Maintain a professional image and demeanor.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and respond to incidents efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (no violations in the last 5 years).
• Unarmed Security Guard License (or ability to obtain).
• Pass a background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• Prior security experience is desirable.
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Knowledge of CPR, first aid, and emergency response procedures.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
